Welcome to SnapFBA. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and SnapFBA, Inc. ("SnapFBA," "we," or "us") covering your access to and use of the SnapFBA website, tools, APIs, browser extension, and any related services (together, the "Service").
Please read carefully — especially Sections 9 (Disclaimers) and 10 (Liability), which limit our liability.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating a SnapFBA account, clicking "I agree," or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you create an account on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms, and "you" refers to that company.
SnapFBA is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries. "Amazon" and "FBA" are trademarks of their respective owners.
3. Your account
To use most features, you need an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
- Accept responsibility for all activity that happens under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are inaccurate, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms.
4. Plans, billing, and refunds
Free plan
SnapFBA offers a free plan with daily usage limits and certain feature restrictions (for example: 5 files per bulk batch, 10 AI generations per day, exports with a watermark). We may change free-plan limits at any time. We'll give reasonable notice for material reductions.
Pro and Business plans
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor. By starting a paid plan you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — your access continues to the end of the paid period.
Trials
Free trials of paid plans convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial unless cancelled. Cancellation during the trial avoids any charge.
Refunds
Monthly plans are non-refundable. Annual plans are refundable within 30 days of the initial purchase. Renewal periods are non-refundable. We may issue discretionary refunds in exceptional circumstances.
Taxes
Prices exclude taxes unless stated. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT, or similar charges, except taxes based on our net income.
5. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Process content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Scrape, mirror, or attempt to reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the Service without our written consent.
- Submit malware, automate excessive load, or attempt to break security or rate limits.
- Use the Service to generate content that misrepresents your products, violates Amazon's policies, or facilitates fraud.
We may rate-limit, throttle, or terminate use that we reasonably believe violates this section.
6. Your content
You retain all rights to the content you upload, paste, or generate using SnapFBA ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
For image tools that run client-side (in your browser), Your Content does not reach our servers. For AI-powered tools, Your Content is sent to our servers and selected third-party AI providers (see Privacy Policy §5) to produce outputs. We do not use Your Content to train models without your explicit opt-in.
7. Our intellectual property
The Service — including its design, code, branding, copy, datasets, and documentation — is owned by SnapFBA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
Feedback you send us may be used without restriction or compensation.
8. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party tools (for example, payment processing, AI inference, analytics). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the relevant third-party terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any output will be accurate or fit for your use.
SnapFBA tools produce estimates and recommendations. Always validate critical outputs (image compliance, profit projections, listing copy) against current Amazon policies and your own business judgment.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- SnapFBA and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
- Our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) US $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case the above applies to the maximum extent permitted.
11. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk to us or other users, or if we discontinue the Service.
Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, Disclaimers, Liability, Governing Law, etc.) survive termination.
12. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may change the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the Service. Material changes take effect 14 days after notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and SnapFBA submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
